Creating the inserts for my packaging Daisy Jackson / 29/03/2023 Today I created the inserts for my packaging. This will inform the customers about the backstory of PBI and ATIGI as well as how Canada Goose approach sustainability.  Here are the designs: My idea for this design was to print out another vinyl design of the Canada Goose logo and add it on top. This would add a nice luxury touch to it. However, due to the sizing and how everything has gone, it would be too much of a hassle so I decided against this. I copied and pasted these off of the Canada Goose website. I then added my own additional text to the bottom of the sustainability promise to inform the customer on how the packaging works. The great thing with this is the inserts are 100% recycable. I then ran into a problem... The ink in my printer was running low on particular shades. Creating my official packaging Daisy Jackson / 27/03/2023 Today I created and finished the packaging.  However, rather than making a single product (inside and outside), I made three. Why did I do this? The inside of the packaging I have is brown. ofcourse this is not luxurious and it looked rather ugly. Because I have the concept ideas and what I want to do already planned out in photo format, I wanted it to look perfect for the video. So for my products, I have the outside which is completed. As for the inside of the packaging, I have two different variations which I have printed on the outside of the packaging rather than the inside so it is a nice consistent white. This will then be folded in whatever way I want for the video.  Here are the results of painting: The paint did not work very well and looked quite tacky. It also got on the outside of the packaging.
